resurrection

Help.
On the 2nd May 2008 I paid £44.09 to DRI LIBERTY BASIIC V CARDQUERY.COM.
Unfortunatly I was ill soon after and failed to register.
In an attempt at resurrection I e-mailed 'support' (29.9.09) and carlg (2.10.09 and 16.10.09) to no avail.
COULD SOMEONE PLEASE ADVISE ME ON WHO (WHOM?) IS THE APPROPRIATE CONTACT?

I'm sorry you've had a bad experience. Perhaps my emails to you are bouncing?
Can you provide me with one or two more email address I can try sending to? Also, can you provide your real name, or an order number so I can look you up?

Thank you for your promt response.
I'm puzzled by you request for e- mail addresses and my name.
My name is on both my e-mails to you as is an alternative e-mail address. My current e-mail address is as per the mebers list.
I've no idea of order number - the Transaction date (on my credit card statement was 02 May 08 and the Posting date 05 May 08.
I'll e-mail you again with details.

Did you miss the point that Carl had actually sent an email? What you need to check is that you don't have your email filter set too tight. Because Carl sends a lot of emails some email systems put his mail in the junk category, so don't auto delete junk mail while you are looking for a response from Carl and do look in your junk mail folder for his response.
There isn't a lot Carl can do about this, the solution is more in your hands.

Although it's possible for Carl's e-mail to have been relegated to spam status - I regularly review spam and it's feasible that I missed it. I don't think so - his reply was eagerly awaited!

I can't begin to explain why some email just disappears into a black hole, but there is absolutely no doubt that it does. I've seen it happen many times. For example I have a gmail account that I use to manage several email addresses. When gmail tries to send a confirmation email to any address at libertybasic.com so that I can send email from gmail as carlg@libertybasic.com, that email never arrives and it is not in my spam folder. Very frustrating and strange.
Ah well.

Why Gmail? Yes, it is free, but so are a few others, like Yahoo, and Hotmail.
