Ok, here it is. It's finally done. You can get my precompiler/preprocessor at the community wiki along with all the docs and support files. It's main function is to handle macros ("include") files but also has some other fancy "strict mode" settings for verifying code.

Released under the MIT license. Enjoy!

There was a bug with warningcheck.cfg showing wiki markup for three tildes in a row whether or not it was in a code block so I removed it. The offending lines were:
Code:
<w>~print #~possible print without conversion[[user:hooshnik]]mainWindow~childWindow
<w>~input #~possible input without conversion[[user:hooshnik]]config~passfile~last~key~handle~dummy~buf~billadder

and should read:

Code:
<w>~print #~possible print without conversion~~~mainWindow~childWindow
<w>~input #~possible input without conversion~~~config~passfile~last~key~handle~dummy~buf~billadder
