Today, out of the blue my computer is no longer starting liberty basic and opening the main source code window. All that appears is the little circle with the icons for help, and the tutorial, that you get to by clicking on the globe when you are in the source code editor. This has happened before, and all that I had to do was uninstall liberty basic and reinstall it. I have done that multiple times, and the main code editing window for liberty basic is still not appearing. Does anyone know what the issue might be, or what the solution to this issue might be. Thanks.

It is a known problem for v4.5, if you close Liberty while the editor is minimised you can't open Liberty, the window is held off screen. You can fix it by uninstalling and reinstalling. Just installing over the top of an existing install won't fix it. You can more simply navigate to the .ini file in the Liberty data folder and alter the screen width and height parameters to sensible values. You will find they appear as large negative values. You can use notepad to edit the file. Using explorer key in %appdata% then navigate to Liberty BASIC v4.5 directory to find the .ini

Thankyou for your prompt reply. I did what you said. Uninstalling it wouldn't work, but the latter set of instructions did the trick. Thankyou
so much. Have a nice day. Happy Holidays.

Good, for other readers you must use the Windows control panel to fully uninstall Liberty, deleting the program files directory does not remove the .ini file and so the corrupt one is not overwritten when you reinstall.
