It looks what
middleButtonDown event
then compiled to TKN file
and run with runtime,

does not work in 4.5.1.
(it was working in 4.04)

There was some event notification code missing from the build script. sad

So, this will be repaired in a maintenance release.

As I mentioned a couple of months ago, I am going to be pushing out such releases going forward.
