New to programming. Picked up some random books to get an inclination of the 'world' of programming. I need to order the complete LB version (have the free download v.)...I'd like to own the physical copy. If anyone has suggestions let me know. I have been coding little, simple bits using a book for a version of Basic from a few decades ago...but, using that and piecing together things from the net, and now here...things are starting to work and I'm slowly, and I mean 'slowly' getting my computer to do what I want it to...albeit, in my own barbaric dialect. I am very determined though. I wish I had a specific coding question, I do, but too many at this time...I'll get to that eventually.
P.S. I couldn't seem to find a forum specifically for introductions...so here it is.

Welcome jarl. You will find Liberty BASIC's own tutorial and lesson system worthwhile. Loads of help available here and some interesting stuff on LBPE.

What?! the whole wikispaces is closing? I'm organizer of two and I don't have e-mails about this! I believe we have to the end of September anyway... sad.

There are several “wiki” hosts, wikispaces was just one. We will need to move.
