I started programming back in 1982 on the Trs-80 using basic. I programmed in turbo Pascal 6 & 7.0 and C# and Visual basic.
I like Liberty Basic and would like to push its limits.
The one thing I am working on is making special functions that would make liberty basic have Object Orientated abilities. I also have a passion to make it able to handle 3d objects efficiently. I like making program generators. I am a big fan of Liberty Basic and would hope they make it more powerful and able to compile powerful programs. I am going to put programs I made years ago on You tube to help promote this platform to help keep interest in this. First thing.. make programs that gamblers would use.. LOL

Hey Michael,
Were you at the live chat today?
You'll be please to know that LB5 has object oriented language features built right in, as does Run BASIC which is our web programming system.

I finally get to talk to you after all these years.. I let Liberty sit on the back burner for a long time because I took a long break. I want to focus on it because it is closest to the original basic language.. I didn't want to deal with visual C# or visual basic anymore because I prefer the more grass roots Basic. I will definitely check out the new versions. Thanks!! :)

I have Liberty basic v4.04. Licensed version. I bought the licensed version in March 2008.. WHEW! Time flies!!
I tried to figure if it was the Pro Version. I cant remember. I do remember intending to buy the developers version, but mistakes can happen..
You sent me another mail on Dec 5 2008 about Runbasic.com. I looked for the latest version and I'm guessing I have it.. Can you give me the link for Liberty basic 5? I have all the emails (and my hard worked code stored on the web mail.)
